Guru Besar FTTM Institut Teknologi Bandung (2003-2021) dan Staff khusus Menteri ESDM (sejak 2019). Saat ini menjabat sebagai Komisaris Utama PT Bukit Asam Tbk (sejak tahun 2023).

Riwayat karir sebagai Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Lampung (2020), Kepala Dinas Pertambangan dan Energi Provinsi Lampung (2014), dan Kepala Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Provinsi Lampung (2012). Dasar hukum pengangkatan sebagai Komisaris PT Bukit Asam Tbk adalah Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan Tanggal 10 Juni 2020.
