Berdasarkan RUPS Tahunan yang diselenggarakan pada 24 Mei 2022, Pemegang Saham menyetujui pembagian dividen sebesar Rp7.909.115.945.615 dari laba bersih Perusahaan, sedangkan sisanya dicatatkan sebagai saldo laba.
Pembagian dividen Perusahaan dilakukan berdasarkan Keputusan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS), deviden hanya dapat dibayarkan sesuai dengan kemampuan keuangan Perusahaan. Dalam RUPS juga harus ditentukan waktu dan tata cara pembayaran dividen. Dividen untuk suatu saham harus dibayarkan kepada orang atas nama siapa saham terdaftar dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham dengan memerhatikan ketentuan dalam Anggaran Dasar Perusahaan yang akan ditentukan atau atas wewenang RUPS dimana keputusan untuk pembagian dividen diambil, dengan tidak mengurangi ketentuan dari peraturan Bursa Efek di tempat dimana saham-saham tersebut dicatatkan.
BKebijakan pembagian dividen telah sesuai dengan Anggaran Dasar Perusahaan yaitu dengan memperhatikan Prospektus Penawaran Umum Perdana (Initial Public Offering/IPO) yang dilakukan oleh Perusahaan pada tahun 2002.
